Williamsburg has had the highest wind gusts reported so far from these storms. The Williamsburg airport saw a wind gust at 74 mph.

In Gloucester, there was damage to trees and roofs, the Gloucester Point Marina reported roof damage. In Smithfield there were reports of trees being split in half from the high wind gusts. Also hail was reported in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach. Now as the storms have moved offshore, we will be looking at a drier weekend with highs in the 60s.

  • C.B.B.T.: 62mph
  • Wakefield: 53mph
  • Melfa: 43mph
  • Virginia Beach: 41mph
  • Norfolk: 38mph

    At Gloucester Point we lost the big pine tree in the front yard and the neighborhood is still without power.
