Today I felt really official because I was posting AP stories like it was nothing. I really feel like I’m learning, I can’t do it as quickly as Rachel can but it’s definitely not taking me ten minutes anymore .

It’s weird because looking at the different wires in iNEWS and reading the various AP articles makes me realize how much stuff is going on that I don’t even realize. After this internship is over I really want to be better about keeping up with news.

Also, I attended the morning meeting which was interesting because everyone has ideas but were still willing to listen to each other.

I really like working with Jane and Rachel in web they’re hilarious and they always keep things entertaining even when its super early in the morning.

Oprah aha Moment of the Day: No matter what role you are in a news station you have to be able to listen, let go of some of your ideas and welcome others because that’s how great news is made.
