On The Run Again!

Runners in Hampton Roads! Summer is here and so is the CHKD 8K race at Town Point Park, this Saturday morning. The 8K, sponsored by WAVY TV 10, and FOX 43 starts with an 8k run at 7:30am. It’s just a school bus short of five miles.
The Two mile and One Mile events start closer to 9:00am and from what I hear, you can still get registered.
