This is my second and final week interning for The Hampton Roads Show. I switched and started working in the booth during the show. This is where I really want to be, producing and directing shows. I have learned a lot from watching what really happens during a live shooting for a show. These producers and directors have to be able to switch there plans at a drop of a hat when guest do not show up. Being able to be able to observe what these men and women do in the booth has allowed me to better realize this is what I want to do.

Also, this week the Calder Cup made a special appearance on the show. This was a great experience for me since I do have a strong passion for sports.

This entire internship has exceed all my expectations and I cant wait to experience even more. I am sad to leave all the great people from The Hampton Roads Show but I am looking forward to visiting other departments.
