Your Warmup Has Arrived.
Any folks that were putting in an order for warmer weather yesterday got their wish. Winds turned out of the south overnight. This allowed temperatures to warm up even before sunrise. I had one weather watcher (Donna in Blackwater) mention that she had some light frost at about 4:30am, but then she called me back a half hour later and said that her temperature had gone up. Temperatures will quickly rise today into the 60s and then 70s. Winds will be strong out of the southwest with gusts up to 30mph. Lots of sunshine will also help to boost temperatures.

Today's Forecast
A cool front will move through tonight. As it approaches most of the rain along it will dry up. So we will only see some spotty showers overnight. Tomorrow the front will have made it through, but the winds will be out of the northwest. This downsloping (warming) wind will keep the temperature from falling too much. Highs will be in the upper 60s to near 70. Then on Friday we will have the cool air press south a bit more. Plus the winds will be more out of the north/northeast. So highs will be more in the mid 60s.

Tomorrow's Forecast
We’ll warm back up again on Saturday.
As far as rain for the weekend, we aren’t expecting much. There is a chance for showers on Saturday, but the chance for rain is only 30%. Most of that probably won’t even fall during the daytime. Then Sunday looks dry and cooler, but not cold. 70s on Saturday, 60s on Sunday. I’m looking forward to it. Hope you are too.
