If she had an issue where the Virginia governemnt implemented regulations, taxes or policies that were preventing companies from inovation and creating jobs then that is topic she should take up and look for a political position. I didn't get anything except "what is the government going to do for to get a job?" I can answer that not much-ever. You must do for yourself.
