Why Not Henri?
Remember Herni is not pronounced Henry. It’s Hon-Ree with an almost silent H at the beginning. I believe it’s the french version of Henry. Regardless…Henri is a very weak system. It was downgraded to a depression today. It will probably be a remnant low in the next 24 hours. It is encountering some strong wind shear and will see even more in the short term. Here’s the latest forecast from the National Hurricane Center (http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/)

We haven’t covered the storm in a lot of detail because it seemed fairly doomed from the start. It been greeted with a hostile environment since it formed. NHC is even mentioning that they may discontinue advisories later today. So that’s why there hasn’t been a lot of attention for Henri.
