Even though Erika has been disorganized and weak, it still has hung on to it’s tropical storm status.  Until now.  It has finally been downgraded to a tropical depression.  It’s expected to keep moving on its west/northwest track.  We’ll still track it of course, but a lot of folks are looking forward to a nice Labor Day weekend. 

Also, ODU’s first football game is this Saturday.  It should be good weather for it.  I’ll be giving an ODU forecast Saturday morning.  Plus, I’ll try to give a regional football forecast Saturday morning as well between 6-8am.  This will include Tech and UVA forecasts as well as the regional (ODU/NSU).  Good luck to all our local teams.
