This photo was taken from Kathy in Carrsville around 7:30pm. 

This one was taken from Avery from the Hague in Norfolk.  Pretty stormy night.  We had a wind gust to 60mph south of Whaleyville.  Lots of heavy rain.  Storms held off until the evening as expected. The areal coverage wasn’t that large.  Really it was the Southside, Near Cape Charles, and a few counties in Northeast North Carlolina.  This is compared to previous days anyway.  The storms were still going in North Carolina at 10:15pm.  These will taper off overnight.  Still thinking there will be less of a chance for storms tomorrow, but there is still a chance for rain later in the afternoon. 

With all the moisture we’ll probably see some fog tonight and tomororw morning. Could get a little thick.
