Virginia Beach football star Percy Harvin says even though he is only 90 percent he does expect to play for the University of Florida against Oklahoma Thursday night in the national championship game.

 Percy has been out since being injured Nov. 29 against Florida State. He missed the Gators’ win over Alabama in the Southeastern Conference title game.

 His quarterback Tim Tebow called Harvin “probably the most dynamic player in college football.”
