From time to time, we here at 10 On Your Side like to follow-up with our viewers and post either interviews with them or e-mails from them following their success story. Below is an e-mail from a recent 10 On Your Side success story. Following this success story, I asked the viewer to interview with us for wavy.com, she mentioned that she “doesn’t do cameras!” so I asked her to write a little something about her situation. Below is what she wrote:
Wavy TV 10 on your side, specifically Ms. Shackelford, helped me tremendously. I had been dealing with Stainsafe, a furniture protection company, for about 10 months trying to get either my furniture fixed or my money back. I did everything I was supposed to do, with little to no response. After getting quite fed up, I decided to contact Wavy tv 10 on your side. I had never done this before and was a little skeptical that they would be able to help me. Well, one week later I had my money back, with a little extra gift from the company. I was truly thankful to Ms. Shackleford and her team at Wavy tv 10 on your side.
