A new traffic signal is going to be turned on today, Tuesday, September 23rd in James City County.  Look for the light on Route 321 and Market Boulevard.  It will be turned on after the morning rush hour.  The Virginia Department of Transportation will activate the lights in a flashing mode on Tuesday and the signal will go into full operation on Thursday, September 25th.
